Essential Oil Birthing

Essential Oil Birthing

I’d like to share with you the most beautiful essential oil birthing experience that I’ve ever heard or read.

Low lights, essential oils being diffused, and the music of Mozart welcomed this baby as he entered out world. Here’s some of the ways that the oils were used.

  • Immediately after the baby was born, his dad anointed the baby’s head with frankincense oil.

  • When the dad laid the baby on the mom’s tummy, the dad rubbed more frankincense and then Idaho balsam fir all over the baby’s body.

  • Before cutting the umbilical cord, the dad applied myrrh oil to it. When the cord was cut, the baby was crying.

  • Because the baby had just been through the trauma of leaving the security of his mother’s womb and entering a strange new world, his dad put the Trauma Life blend under the baby’s nose and on the baby’s chest.

  • Next, the dad put the Highest Potential blend on his new son’s crown and on the soles of his little feet. His son then took a deep breath, let out a big sigh, and the crying stopped immediately.

  • With the medical doctor watching, the dad then rubbed frankincense on his son’s head and reshaped it. The doctor was amazed as he watched the baby’s head change from that of a new-born to the head of a six-day-old baby. The dad said that this would help prevent his son from having headaches.

Isn’t that a beautiful essential oil birthing experience? The dad in this story was a very experienced oil user, but even novice oil users frequently anoint their newborn’s head with frankincense.

Why frankincense?

Essential Oil Birthing Its uplifting qualities and its ability to enhance spiritual awareness has been known for thousands of years. Recent research has highlighted its relevance for

  • Anxiety, stress, and other nervous conditions
  • Depression
  • Respiratory issues, including asthma, bronchitis, coughs, laryngitis
  • Skin issues, including wrinkles, scars, and wounds
  • Cystitis
  • PMS or dysmenorrheal
  • Inflammation
  • Muscle tension

Will Any Frankincense Oil Work?

How well the oil works depends on a number of things. For example:

  • Has its chemistry been altered? A number of frankincense oils on the market have had synthetic compounds added to them and this information will not be on the label.
  • Where was it grown?
  • Is it the Boswellia carteri species?

There are more questions that one could ask, but I’d rather just share with you the frankincense oil that I use on an almost daily basis, which is also the frankincense that the dad in the story uses. It is item number 3548 at www.EssentialOilsProducts.com.
