Essential Oil Use Chart

Making your own essential oil use chart is one of the quickest ways to "cement in your brain" what you have been learning about aromatherapy. I make numerous such charts, ranging from simple to quite detailed.

The essential oil use chart I would like to share with you here highlights the oils found in the Start Living with Everyday Oils Kit at Essential Oils Products.com. These oils include frankincense, lavender, lemon, peppermint and the following blends: PanAway, Peace & Calming, Purification, Thieves, and Valor.

The information in this chart is not all-inclusive. Instead, it serves as a guide to get you started quickly.

This essential oil use chart will hopefully help you learn more quickly about the field of aromatherapy.

This kit is available by itself as the Everyday Oils Collection or as part of the Start Living with Everyday Oils Kit.

The Everyday Oils Collection is item number 3695 and the Start Living with Everyday Oils Kit is item number 3700 at Essential Oils Products.com.

The chart above is for educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any health condition for which you should be consulting a medical doctor.

Unless your doctor was trained in Europe or Ecudaor, it is almost certain that he/she lacks even basic knowledge of what therapeutic grade essential oils can do, even in the practice of traditional medicine. A surprisingly large number of medical doctors and even chiropractors I have spoken with about essential oils have thought I was referring to omega oils such as borrage oil, flax seed oil, etc.! (grin). If your healthcare provider is ignorant about therapeutic grade essential oils, are you going to allow him/her to remain that way, or are you going to loan him/her your Essential Oils Desk Reference and suggest that he/she study it carefully?

You might even include an essential oil use chart like the one above! Or perhaps my aromatherapy chart will inspire you to make your own essential oil use chart!
