Essential Oils for Stress

This section will show you how to use essential oils for stress, rejuvenation, relaxation, and more. A healthy mind is something that we all want, but sometimes, stress, less-than-perfect memory and recall, as well as focus and concentration issues may get in the way. Lavender essential oil is well known for its abilities to help with relaxation and sleep, yet it’s actually one of many that can be used for this purpose. Many clinical studies have been done to show the efficacy of various oils for improving memory, recall, focus, and concentration. I’m going to share that information with you too!

You probably already know that essential oils can help with stress and now you have the opportunity to discover how certain oils can help with other emotional issues as well. Examples include anger, depression, despair, despondency, disappointment, discouragement, fear, frustration, grief, guilt, irritability, jealousy, mood swings, obsessiveness, panic, resentment, restlessness, shock, sorrow, and trauma.

How quickly can the oils reach the brain and start to make a shift? In seconds! Think of the times you have inhaled the scent of a beautiful rose. How quickly did your brain recognize the aroma and feel a change in emotion? Almost immediately. That’s why essential oils are such an excellent choice for helping to achieve a healthy mind.

These oils can work at the mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. I’m excited to share aspects of each of these with you, because they seem to work synergistically to help create a healthy mind.
